The estate has a 4,000 m2 saffron plantation, grown without any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The owners Catherine and Bruno, professional restaurateurs, are committed to respecting the estate's soil, and to producing a quality and safe saffron while respecting the drying and conservation stages.
Its medicinal properties, known since ancient times, are well known: antidepressant, analgesic, digestive stimulant, etc. It is also widely used in cooking, for its bright red pigmentation and delicate fragrance.
Visit us during the harvest with your family from mid-October to November. You can take the saffron with you to offer as a gift or to use in your cooking.
